"So, on your way back from cheating on your rather cute and lovingly devoted wife, you were kidnapped by the Red Army and forced to take care of their people for an incredibly long time, before returning and (instead of seeking out your wife and two children) living with your adulterous lover and her child, until the political climate made it necessary for her to flee, at which time you abandoned her yet again... Hold on a minute, I'm confused--am I supposed to feel sorry for you?"
